Grace and Peace Multiplied

“Grace and peace be multiplied to you in the knowledge of God and of Jesus our Lord”

2 Peter 1:2 (NKJV)

Where does real peace actually come from? Most of us hunt for it like it is hiding. A quieter week. A smaller bill pile. One problem finally solved, one phone call finally returned. Peter points somewhere else entirely: "Grace and peace be multiplied to you in the knowledge of God and of Jesus our Lord" (2 Peter 1:2, NKJV).

Multiplied. Not rationed, not handed out in careful little doses to the people who have earned it. Multiplied, the way loaves and fish multiplied in the hands of Jesus, more at the end than anyone brought at the start. And look carefully at where the multiplication happens: in the knowledge of Him. Peace grows as He is known. Grace stacks up as He is known. The supply is tied to the knowing, not to the calmness of your circumstances.

That changes the strategy for a hard season. If your peace feels thin, the answer may not be a calmer life. It may be a closer walk. Time in the Word that is actually about knowing a Person. Prayer that listens as much as it asks. Remembering, on purpose, what He has already done in your own history, because a God you know has a track record has never once failed you is a God you can trust with tomorrow.

Day 17 of 30 on grace, and here is the promise to carry into the rest of this week: you do not have to manufacture peace this morning. Get to know Him better today, in one verse, one honest prayer, one remembered mercy, and watch what multiplies.

Prayer: Lord Jesus, I want to know You more, not just know about You. Multiply Your grace and peace in my life as You make Yourself known to me today. Amen.
