Abundance of Grace

“those who receive abundance of grace will reign in life through Jesus Christ”

Romans 5:17 (NKJV)

Have you ever tried to use grace like it might run out? Rationing it in your head, saving it for the big failure, afraid to go back to God one more time?

Paul wrecks that thinking in Romans 5. He describes believers as people who receive an abundance of grace, and he says the result is not crawling or barely hanging on. The result is reigning in life, through Jesus Christ. Grace in Paul is not a small rescue for small problems. It is an overflowing gift from a King who is not running low on anything.

That changes how you start a Tuesday. You do not approach God hoping the account still has something in it. You come to a Father whose grace was poured out in abundance, and you receive it again, in full, today. Shame wants you counting your failures. Grace wants you counting on Christ.

Day 8 of 30 on grace: stop budgeting a gift God gave in overflow. Receive it fresh this morning, and walk through your day like somebody whose life is ruled by grace, not by their worst chapter.

Prayer: Father, I receive Your grace again today, not in drops but in abundance. Teach me to reign in life through Jesus Christ, and not to shrink back as if Your mercy could run out. Amen.
